fashion police

Since I'm out and about all day I see a lot of fashion disasters. So I decided to start sharing them here. This first one isn't so much of a disaster as a "Huh?" I mean, I don't know who the guy is on the t-shirt, but why is a guy wearing it. It would make a whole lot more sense to me if it were worn by a female. Maybe one of you can help me with this.
