Tahoe is known for the lake and the skiing. But don't miss the trees! As though you could . . . they are everywhere. Aspen were harder for me to pick out, but I did find them.
Unfortunately, graffiti artists attack the aspen because of the way the trees enhance their "art" over time.
And, of course, there are the towering pine and cedar.
