running log

Woohoooooo! This week I changed my strategy and decided to run four days instead of three. This eliminated the long run on Saturday and gave me the energy to run Sunday. So not only did I reach my goal, I surpassed it.

Fastest Mile: 16:19

Haha.. you think your husband would be skeptical of that do ya? Yeah, just think about Alicia, when I told her that I was going to introduce her to my "online friends." hahaha.
