This was a pretty good week for running. Thursday was a tough run, but I reached my goal to run 7 miles for the week. My times are still really slow, but I'm more focused on the distance than the speed. Hey, three months ago I was running a mile in 20 minutes. I'm not looking to run any races, I just like to run.
This week:
Total miles: 7.25
Top speed: 3.5 mph
Fastest Mile: 17:24
Next Week's Goal: 8 miles
