speaking of food . . .

Sometimes when things aren't going well, when I'm stressed to my limits or just plain sad, there is nothing better to make things right again than comfort food. You know, those dishes your Mom or Grandma used to make. The meals that fill your house with the smells of wonderful childhood memories or simple flavors that just remind you of a time when things weren't rushed and harried. Comfort foods can be anything from chicken noodle soup to graham crackers and chocolate milk (one of my favorites). Just yesterday I had a rootbeer float (Grandma's house on Sunday afternoons); now that's comfort!

What's your comfort food?
