what's your real age?

In a couple of weeks I'll be 46 years old. Really? Yep, 46!! But how old am I really? I mean, I don't feel old. Surely not almost 50! So you'd think there would be a way of figuring out you're real age. Some kind of formula: behavior - emotions / appearance = real age.

Turns out there's a website that can help you find your real age. No surprise the name is RealAge.com. But they use a little different formula. It takes a little while to get through all the questions, but once I did I received my real age. Are ready for this? I'm actually 45.8 years old. Really? Well, no, because when asked about my weekly exercise, I answered closer to my intentions than the number of days I actually do work out. *sigh*

So how old are you, really?

I'm 45, but according to them I'm only 39.7 years old! Woohoo. And they claim I need to get a dog. That would be stressful to me! I don't even enjoy taking care of plants, let alone a pet.

Looking forward to your birthday post, PR.

Not bad .... I'm 46 and it says I'm 47.5, I'll take that. Looks liek I need to lose a bit, split wood more often, and maybe eat better. I can do that.

Well, I'm really 52.7, but I score out at 47.2. (*pumping fist*) And they tell me I'm supposed to get a dog, too. Apparently, eight kids and 28 years of happy marriage are not enough. . .

But, as my doctor likes to say, in his more light-hearted moments - I'm still gonna die. . .

Cocotte -- WooHoo!! Because I'm sure you wouldn't cheat on the survey like I did. And I was the same way with house plants. I'd forget to water them and then I'd just forget the existed at all. Fortunately, when we got our dog I was a lot better with her.

XI (sorry, I just like it better) -- The survey results didn't actually say you needed to split wood more often, did it?

Desmond -- I think maybe they were just suggesting you should get a dog . . . cause you don't need any *more* kids. :o)

I'm 20.2 years old! Sweet! (I'm really 25)

I need to drive slower, get a dog, and floss more.

Wow, evidently I'm 23. That's a bit of a surprise. I do, however, need to upgrade my cheapo work car and get some air bags. And apparently I'm supposed to stretch more. Maybe I need to take up yoga...
