running log

Last week my schedule was completely messed up, so my miles aren't really even worth mentioning. I only ran 2.25 miles. Hopefully I'll get back on track (or rather treadmill) this week and make the 8 mile total.

Amber, since I run on a treadmill it is very easy to keep a log. After my run I just write everything down (time, distance, even calories burned) on a daily calendar. The hard part is remembering what my splits are.
